NPI Project launch coordination

- Partner with program manager, NPI’s, application & product engineer to develop preproduction plan and drives execution

- Understand internal/external customer needs and keep communication effectively

- Support launch leader to collect inputs from PMs, both domestic and oversea, to create specific project schedule and ensure execution plan

- Drive preproduction quality builds /runs and on time

- Tracking new project launch progress regularly with team to per PEP check list before mass production identify to identify action plan and close all issues

- Able to lead, evaluate and coordinates execution of preproduction plan within required specific machines and /or specific cells.

- Participate on NPI, Enhancement and ECN weekly meetings, VPD implementation meeting.

- Able to manage multiple task and projects at the same time without t loosing focus of the objectives

New launch components Order release of preproduction, Coordinate components delivery, Assure New Launches material be allocated on W/H. Materials pulls preparation and keep inventory control

- Responsible to analyze, plan, and coordinate material availability with SB-NPI team to achieve preproduction schedule and meet customer orders for purchased components, assure material availability on line for each NPI, Enhancement builds

- Responsible of NPI, Enhancement & ECN inventory on site. (Control, Scrap, Returns, Blocked and E&O)

- Order release timely per project timeline request and follow up.

- Coordinate with RI, SQE and AE on supplier quality issue for NPI.

- Work with commodity buyer andx` NPI buyer to balance the vendor capacity and control the lead time.

- Respond actively to planner on the new parts shortage report and control supplier delivery accordingly.

- Update/Share material readiness status within cross-function departments.

- Assure and coordinate with SB the suppliers PPAP approval before Customer PPAP build

- Support expedite requests and overall factory execution
