• You want to take responsibility for the global and cross functional Procurement
  Strategy of your material field of active electronic components
• You have the passion to further develop the global supplier portfolio based on new
  technology opportunities and market requirements
• You will work closely with R&D and interdisciplinary teams and will be their first
  point of contact in Procurement during the pre-development and acquisition phase
• You will lead negotiations with external suppliers, ensure a good contractual
  landscape and ensure success in your commodity through strong strategic
  supplier management
• Together with your suppliers and also with your internal colleagues you work on
  process optimizations to increase global efficiency
• You secure lasting innovation, quality and cost performance in your material field
• You support the suppliers in implementing sustainable optimizations and ensure
  strong risk management for your material field

Job Requirements:

• You have an university degree in commercial and/or engineering
• You have 5+ related work experience
• You have experience in Strategic Procurement and are familiar with working with
  interdisciplinary teams
• You have solid technical knowledge and experience in the material field of active
  electronic components
• You have a high level of self-initiative and like to work in teams
• You have very good language skills in spoken and written English
• You have a willingness and flexibility to travel (up to 20%)
