Purpose: As logistics demand is growing globally, we need to match this insatiable growth in China, U.S. and beyond. This position is key to support these growths and help me source for resources, develop new logistics products, negotiate with partners/suppliers in U.S., China, and beyond.

Job Description:

• Able to adapt to BD director’s Time to support his work and closely communicate with him for clear understanding of expectations
• Timely accomplishment of assigned tasks with quality
• Ability to source for potential partners in warehousing, transportation, and more in U.S./China (esp U.S.) for space, and operations.
• Ability to source for freight forwarders with competitive rates and good service quality
• Able to negotiate prices with potential partners for mutual and long-term benefits
• This person is a quick learner and adapter, can quickly understand direction given by line manager and act in his/company’s best interest
• New products are constantly developed by this person and management team, and needs to be executed quickly with quality. Progress can be tracked with reasonable tools.
