1. 负责对设计部门整体事务性工作的管理；

2. 安排总监工作日程，组织部门或对外工作会议；

3. 就业主要求及服务项目完成合同报价、服务协议、项目合同等文本并积极推进合同的签订和项目启动等情况；

4. 跟进项目实施情况，妥善处理解决项目进展中发生的各种问题；

5. 和海外商务部对接跟进项目收款、发票开具等事宜；

6. 负责设计师与业主间的沟通协调；

7. 完成总监交代的其他工作任务。

任职资格：

1.全日制本科或以上学历，至少三年相关工作经验，英文专业毕业生优先；

2.有在正规设计事务所或设计公司工作经验者优先；

3.英语良好，有一定英语会话/邮件，合约编辑能力；

4.待人和善，有团队协作精神；

5.工作协调能力强，有一定的抗压性，有与第三方（业主/顾问）沟通经验佳。
