工作职责：

1.     根据公司财务报销制度审核各项费用单据并编制记账凭证

2.     负责与供应商/分包商的对账，审核付款单据，及时跟踪发票情况，提供合理付款建议

3.     按时完成每月AP相关科目结账工作，及关联方有关费用的结算开票

4.     公司部门间相关费用的合理分摊

5.     负责跟踪整理公司往年项目付款情况

6.     协助查验发票，对账，档案管理，订单管理

7.     协助完成会计核算，税务申报管理，成本管理

8.     协助完成其他财务工作

岗位要求：

1.     大专及以上学历，具有相关专业教育背景

2.     熟悉财务专业知识

3.     熟悉Office系列办公软件，能熟练使用word, excel

4.     有一定的英文基础，能适应英文邮件往来

5.     具有良好的沟通协调能力

6.     有良好的团队协作精神
