1、负责协助人事经理处理人事部相关工作任务；

    

2、负责员工招聘网站维护，招聘事宜；

    

3、负责员工入离职事务办理；

    

4、负责与代理公司办理外籍员工工作证办理的协调事务、外地员工居转沪等事务办理；

    

5、负责人事资料管理、完成基础人事相关表单，报告；

    

6、其它人事相关工作。

    

    

岗位要求：

    

1、相关岗位工作经验1年以上（2020届应届毕业生优先） 

    

2、男女不限 （***优先、上海户籍优先）

    

3、全日制本科以上学历，人力资源管理、行政管理、英文等专业优先

    

4、英语需要听说读写优良

    

5、熟悉使用办公软件，工作认真负责，有团队合作精神
