商务助理职责：

1. 协助上级工作，并向领导及时汇报工作进度。

2. 协助商务部门进行资料、素材搜集。

3. 协助商务部门进行相关资料整理和归档；确保所有事务均在截止日期前完结。

4. 协助商务部门进行投标前的准备工作。

5. 协助商务部门总监拟定合作费用及合同。

岗位要求：

1. 有相关工作经验优先

2. 熟练使用常用的电脑软件，如：Excel，Word，Powerpoint

3. 良好的沟通技能和团队合作意识

4. 对市场方面知识和办公流程有一定了解

5. 可以独立思考，并提供创新、独特的想法和建议

6. 对所做的工作有责任心

7. 流利的英语口语和书面表达
