2）建筑本科毕业，会手工及电脑模型制作为佳；

3）有从概念到深化阶段经验，会使用CAD, SKETCH UP, PPT, 3D Max等；

4）熟悉基本法规；

5）具有中，英文流利沟通及书面表达能力；

6）如工作需要可适应出差;

Architecture Designer (intermediate to senior levels):

Over 10 yrs retail/mixed use project and /or hotel hospitality project experience

Designer or project management roles experience

Strong knowledge of CAD, Sketch Up and other drawing tools

Coordinate between client and local architect, consultants

English/Mandarin capabilities ideal
