Design and debug of System Level Test(SLT) programs and hardware for de-bug, characterization, qualification and production of High Speed SoC devices; Provide product electrical failure analysis, data statistics, yield improvement.

    

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and document SLT test plan for new devices.
• Work with Design Team and AE Team to transfer bench test patterns for SLT fundament patterns construction.
• Design and debug auto system level test SW & HW for Production, Characterization & Reliability.
• Create quality and cost-effective system level test solution for mass production.
• Implement system level test programs and release into offsite production.
• Datalog desired data and create post processing scripts to extract data for product characterization correlation with bench test team as well yield analysis and improvement.
• Work with Field Application Engineer and Quality Engineer to design/verify Burn-In board and patterns.
• Debug new silicon.

                                    

Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of Analog Fundamentals, Design for Test and Manufacturing Concepts.
• Expertise in Semiconductor Test Methodology.
• Experience working on Digital, Mixed Signal and SoC Devices with hands on system level test and SLT handler experience.
• Strong Programming skills for writing and debugging test programs and HW related issues.
• Competency in programming with Scripting languages (ie, PERL/Python) and high level languages (ie, C/C++ or Visual Basic.)
• Able to work with test equipment (ie, oscilloscope, BERT, etc)
• Fundamental data statistics skill is must and basic hi-rel qual knowledge is a plus.
• 3+ years relevant experience is preferred
• Occasional Oversea and Local Travel is required
• Good spoken and written English required
