Core Responsibilities:

·         Work with Credo Engineering teams to develop test tools, test stations, test fixtures, test plans and methodologies in AEC (Active Electrical Cable) production-testing environment.

·         Testability study in NPI and emphasize on resolving critical test related issue in mass production phases.

·         Provide support to internal team in product failure analysis, drive issue resolutions via DoEs and support production yield improvement and cost down activities.

·         All-rounder working knowledge of electrical engineering down to circuit level to understand and lead team in solving issues.

·         Master in software engineering skills used in tester development as well as firmware used in complex modules.

·         Drive closure on potential test gap & failure correlations between OPS and Engineering Team before Release to CMs.

·         Closing test gaps, improving test coverage and mapping out margins at CMs.

Qualifications:

·         At least 3 - 5 years experience in test engineering in high volume manufacturing environment serving for system product, datacenter related is a plus.

·         - Strong communication skills to work with internal cross-functional teams and external CM partners.

·         - Competent in technical know-how and have logical mindset in testing problem solving with sound engineering skills.

·         - Master in statistical data analysis and applying it for tester qualifications, limit setting and process buy-offs.

·         - Qualified ability to work independently under better organization and deliver high quality solutions within target schedules.

·         - Can frequent business travel to CM sites globally including out of China.

·         Good command of English, written and oral.

Education:

·         BS/MS in Computer/Electronics/Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 3+ years of industry experience
