Responsibilities:

·        Work with Engineering teams and outsourcing suppliers for new processes and product development and introductions with a view to improving efficiency, throughput, quality, and functionality.

·        Transfer technology from R&D to divisions and manufacturing plants with full implementation of Standard Operation Procedures (SOP), Process Set-points and Training etc.

·        Deliver and maintain all technical materials linked to process (Working Instructions, Test Flow, etc.).

·        Take charge of mass production sustaining projects, such as but not limited to yield improvement, cost down, new manufacturing/testing technology introduce for upgrading and so on.

·        Establish and maintain an accurate project schedule based on commitment from/to all project stakeholders of both internal team and out sourcing suppliers.

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree or higher, electronic engineering and computer science related majors are preferred. At least 4 years’ experience related to manufacture process, testing, SOP and trouble shooting. in semiconductor industry.

- Knowledge of planning and SOP, project management, (would be an added advantage).

- Good command of written and spoken English

- Eager to learn, good interpersonal and communication skill

- Ability to work in unstructured environments and to drive the goal from start to achievement, strong self-motivation.

- Good team work spirit and able to work with diverse team members in China and overseas.
