KPMG Restructuring Services team provide a broad range of services including working with different stakeholders to deliver various advisory services through the financial restructuring process; assisting Chinese banking clients in assessing strategies for repayment, restructuring and recovery; providing independent business review to help strategic investors identify and evaluate investment or restructuring opportunities; advising different stakeholders and assisting the creation of decisive strategic and operational plans to underpin the restructuring; advising China leading financial institutions to enhance their credit and risk management system; advising sellers and buyers in a distressed asset or impaired loan portfolio transaction.

KPMG Restructuring Services team also provide series of internal technical, on-job and overseas training, and opportunity for fast promotion with outstanding performance.

- Reporting to the engagement partner, serve as the day-to-day project team leader, managing project logistics and requirements in addition to developing and presenting specific analyses for clients and tracking overall project status and risks. As required, have the ability to act as the interim engagement leader作为项目经理，统筹项目立项、管理客户需求和预期，跟踪项目进展和风险点，及时向上级汇报进度

- Assist with the coordination and leadership of KPMG and client teams to deliver on-time and on-budget engagements while meeting client objectives across various phases of project 与客户展开合作，维护客户关系，按时为客户交付高效高质的成果

- Bring operational project experience and knowledge of the financial services sectors and to provide insight to the project teams 有效运用自身在金融服务行业的经验和知识，提升团队洞察力

- Provide experience based, content rich advice to clients regarding issues relevant to corporate recovery, restructuring, exit strategies, non performing or distressed investments, and insolvency, so that issues and risks can be mitigated and solutions can be developed 就公司转型、重组、战略退出、不良投资以及破产清算等相关问题向客户提供有效建议，降低风险，并制定解决方案

- Develop, maintain and sustain relationships with existing and prospective clients 发展并维护现有和潜在客户的关系

- Proactively identify likely issues that could impact delivery and lever wider KPMG Service Line support as required 主动识别潜在风险问题，并根据需要获得更广泛的毕马威服务线支持

- Assist with the creation and development of proposals and attend client meetings 积极参加客户会议，协助并参与提案制定

- Perform financial reviews and provide implementation services for liquidations, bankruptcy and receiverships; Plan scope of work, monitor, supervise and review work of staff on Restructuring Services engagements执行财务审查，实施清算、破产等服务；安排具体工作任务，监督和把控项目成员的工作进度

- Develop integrated financial modelling / projections, cash flow budgets, and other support as needed 根据需要制定综合财务模型/预测、现金流预算和提供其他支持

- Draft reports for partner review and report findings to clients in a timely manner 起草和撰写工作报告，并及时向客户报告调查结果

- Ensure team compliance with KPMG ethical, confidentiality and work policies and quality / performance standards 确保团队遵守毕马威相关政策和交付标准

- Counsel subordinates and review and evaluate their performance为下属提供建议并评估他们的表现

- Master / Bachelor / MBA degree or equivalent from an accredited college / university. Holder of Lawyer, CICPA, HKICPA, ACCA or similar professional accounting qualification本科或以上学位，持有律师、CICPA、HKICPA、ACCA或专业会计类资格更优

- More than 8 years’ experiences in at least one of below areas在以下任一领域有8年或以上的工作经验

- Bank’s Credit & Risk Management, Asset Preservation, or Special Assets Management银行风控部门、资产保全或特殊资产管理部门

- Asset Management Company or Asset Investment Company资产管理公司或资产投资公司的业务部或战略规划部

- Securities证券公司上市部门

- Funds - Distressed Investment Focus基金公司（曾涉及不良资产处置）

- Real Estate Company – Distressed Investment Department房地产公司的不良资产投资部

- Regulators相关监管机构

- Law firm – Restructuring and Non-performing Loan Focus律师事务所（曾涉及重组或不良资产业务）

- Big 4 – Financial Services Audit, Transaction Services or Restructuring Services Advisory国际四大会计师事务所的金融服务审计、交易服务或重组服务咨询

- Interested in deal related services; In-depth understanding of financial or independent business reviews, corporate recovery, restructuring, debt advisory, sell side advisory and distressed asset disposal; and/or insolvency, exit strategy, liquidation, receivership and bankruptcy services 对财务咨询感兴趣；深入了解财务或独立业务审查、公司转型、重组、债务咨询、卖方咨询和不良资产处置；或破产、战略退出、清算等服务

- Excellent leadership and project management skills具备优秀的领导和项目管理技能

- Excellent interpersonal and business development skills具备优秀的人际和业务发展技能

- Proven ability to operate effectively in a highly matrix professional services environment; Open-minded and excellent learning skill熟悉专业服务工作环境，具备开放的心态和优秀的学习能力
