职位描述
1.根据公司阶段性目标制定、落实招聘政策与计划；
Formulate and implement recruitment policies and plans based on the company's periodic goals.
2.完成甲方需求岗位分析，充分挖掘目标招聘群体；
Complete the analysis of clients' needs and positions, and fully tap the target recruitment group.
3.制定RPO招聘政策与渠道的选择，按时按量完成招聘任务；
Formulate RPO recruitment policies and channel selections to complete recruitment tasks on time and in volume.
4.与甲方HR部门充分沟通，对拟聘岗位标准、用人需求数量进行专业化建议，并形成建议报告；
Fully communicate with the HR department of clients, make professional recommendations on the proposed job standards and the number of employment target, and form a recommendation report.
5.完成阶段性项目（月度）的分析与总结。
Complete the analysis and summary of the periodic project (monthly).
任职要求：
Requirements：
1.大专以上学历，人力资源相关专业；
College degree or above, major in human resources.
2.至少三年以上人力资源公司任职经历，熟悉派遣模式；
At least three years of work experience in a human resources company, familiar with dispatching model.
3.能独立完成招聘任务，具有良好的团队合作精神。
Ability to complete recruitment tasks independently, and good in teamwork.
