Job description:
1.开拓新市场和项目运营区域内招募市场动态收集及分析,负责与需要劳务派遣企业的开发和维护,维护已有客户关系,与客户达成合作,促进项目更好与供应商深度合作,为公司创造更多利润;
1. Exploit new markets, collect and analyze the recruitment market dynamics within the project operation area. Responsible for the development and maintenance of labour dispatch companies, maintain existing customer relationships and reach cooperation with customers to promote better cooperation between the project and suppliers;
2.负责与各大企业HR谈判劳务派遣合作,为企业输送人才;
2. Responsible for negotiating labour dispatch cooperation with HR of major enterprises and delivering talents for the enterprise;
3.开发新的资源并发展成为公司的持续性客户;
3. Develop new resources and develop into continuous customers of the company;
4.有计划性的拜访客户,扩展人脉,了解人力资源级相关行业;

任职资格:
Qualifications:
1.对人力资源市场营销工作有较深刻认识敏锐的把握市场动态,人际交往能力强;
1. Have a deeper understanding of human resources marketing work, keenly grasp the market dynamics, and have strong interpersonal skills;
2.有劳务派遣公司或全国知名劳务机构运营经验优先,工作态度积极,正能量,主动性强,能独立完成全线条工作;
2. Experience in operation from a labour dispatch company or a well-known labour service organization nationwide is preferred, with a positive working attitude, positive energy, strong initiative, and can complete a full line of work independently;
3.能承受压力,责任心强 ,有开拓精神;
3. Can withstand pressure, strong sense of responsibility, and pioneering spirit;
4.计划,组织,沟通,协调能力,团队建设能力;
4. Have the ability of planning, organization, communication, coordination, and good at team-building;
