1.全面统筹运营中心各部门的管理工作，并与甲方对接相应项目具体管理方式、制定管理策略，部门运营机制及相关规章制度；

2.负责根据公司外包项目任务，统筹所管辖的项目计划和进度，执行项目目标，保证项目目标的有效完成;

3.负责所属团队的日常管理(试用考核、异动、奖,惩、培训、督促、审核等) ;

4.负责公司人力外包业务的日常运作管理(公司外包业务客户的日常人事管理，包括招聘协助、入离职手续办理、社保申报、薪酬核算，沟通协调)整体协调与落地;

5.负责公司人力外包项目的突发、异常事件的处理;

6.负责公司，人力外包项目的建设、维护，回款工作的跟进;

7.负责公司人力外包项目需求的深度挖掘，达成目标。

任职要求:

1.有同行业经验，对人力外包、劳务派遣相关服务产品有较深入了解;

2.具有5年及以上人力资源派遣、外包项目管理经验，熟悉掌握劳动法、劳动合同法等相关专业知识;

3.有较强的组织、协调能力、善于沟通、具有敬业精神，管理思路清晰;

4.具有良好的人际关系和广泛的社会资源;

5.具备第三方人力资源公司项目管理经验者优先。
