General Job Purpose

工作职责概述:

Clarify the security requirements with customer and detailing internal technical requirements. Setup local security architecture. Coordinating /supporting the security know how buildup and implementation in R&D. Coach and Implement the security platform solution. Support to improve the company security culture.

与客户澄清信息安全需求，并转化为内部需求；建立本地化信息安全架构；协调并支持研发各部门提升信息安全能力和实施；指导并实施信息安全平台方案；支持提升公司整体信息安全文化。

Main Job Responsibilities

主要工作职责：

1. Clarify the security requirements with customer and detailing the Cybersecurity Technical Specification for internal design via security analysis

与客户沟通并澄清信息安全需求，并通过安全分析转化为内部需求和技术规范

2. Setup local security architecture based on Motion Wise platform, including supplier selection, KMS solution etc.

基于Motion Wise平台建立本地化信息安全架构（包括供应商方案选择、秘钥管理等）

3. Coordinating /supporting the security implementation by System, HW, SW and Test to fulfil Cybersecurity customer requirement

协调并支持系统、硬件、软件和测试对网络安全的实现，以满足客户的信息安全要求

4. Coach and Implement the security platform solution including configuration and necessary local development according to customer requirement

根据项目具体需求指导并实施信息安全平台方案（包括配置、必要的本地代码开发等）

5. Follow the national and international security state of art technology and give proposal to improve the company security culture

跟踪国内国际信息安全现状，提出改善建议，提升公司整体信息安全文化

Required Qualifications

任职资格：

1. Bachelor’s degree or above; EE, Computer Science, Automation, aerospace or related majors; fluent English

本科学历及以上；电子工程、计算机科学、自动化、航空航天或相关专业；英语良好

2. 5 years automotive industry embedded engineering experience in platform software(including BSW & RTE) , hardware(nice to have), or system(nice to have); 3 years in cyber security area, mastered in one of the mainstream cyber security solutions e.g. to use Vector AutoSar security components in application project

具备5年汽车嵌入式平台软件（包含底层软件和中间件）开发经验，硬件（如有更佳）、系统经验（如有更佳）；在信息安全领域拥有3年经验，精通主流信息安全解决方案，如：基于Vector AutoSar信息安全组件的配置应用经验

3. Basic Cyber security Know-how including cryptography etc. and security analyzes for Cybersecurity

所需知识和技能：信息安全基础知识，如密码学和安全分析

4. Required IT Tools: Office, Davinci, FMEA, FTA etc.

需使用的IT工具，如Office、Davinci、FMEA、FTA等

5. Good communication and coordination skills; good study ability and willingness; practical mindset and good team player

良好的沟通、协调、学习能力和意愿；务实精神及良好的团队精神
