Responsibilities:

1. To undertake scientific research or engineering projects in the field of aerospace (fixed and rotary wing aircraft, engines, etc.), defense, energy (nuclear power, wind power equipment, gas turbine), transportation (high-speed train, cars and ships), petrochemicals (pipelines, pressure vessels) and other high-end manufacturing industries.

2. To be responsible for implementation and management of scientific research/ engineering projects, including works on project proposal, research program, test outline and summary report, statistical analysis and calculation, schedule control and conclusion acceptance etc.

3. To complete projects with lead time, monitor the progress, analyse details of testing process and responsible for communication and coordination with Machining & Testing Centre, external subcontractors and customers.

4. To provide technical support for Sale & Marketing Department, evaluate customer's testing requirements and analyse the feasibility. Communicate in courteous and effective manner with colleagues and customers in all circumstances including answering technical queries, explaining technical points and providing the expert's opinions;

5. To research on assigned area, collect technological information, and pay close attention to latest testing techniques and market trend. Periodically organise the seminar to communicate and share experience, progress and references.

6.Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.

Key requirements:

1. Master degree or above, overseas working experience will be preferred. Background of engineering discipline is required, such as Materials Science and Engineering or Mechanics.

2.Experience in materials testing or R&D on static, fatigue, fracture and corrosion properties or characterization of metallic materials or composites.

3. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Can work independently, efficiently and work under pressure.

4. Respect and safeguard company’s image, reputation and benefit; Good understanding and fulfilment to working related targets, standards, quality policies, project procedures and instructions.

5. Be good at operation of office software. Applicant who masters AutoCAD, ORIGIN, MATLAB, Abaqus and other CAE software will be preferred.

6. Proficiency in both oral and written English; Good research& innovative thinking, abilities of literature review and comprehensive analysis are necessary.

岗位职责：

1、全程参与科研/工程项目的实施与管理，包括项目建议书、研究方案、试验大纲和总结报告编写、数据模型分析与计算、项目进度掌控及结题验收等；

2、完成指定科研/工程项目，涉及航空航天、高铁、能源、石油、汽车、原材料加工等行业；

3、确保项目按计划进行，监控项目进度，分析测试过程细节，对内、对外进行沟通协调；

4、向市场营销部门提供专业的技术支持，对客户测试需求进行评估，分析可行性。在各方面与同事和客户保持沟通，有效地解答技术疑问，解释技术要点，提供专业意见；

5、学习所负责专业方向知识、密切关注测试新技术及相关行业动态。定期组织学习小组，与其他同事分享交流经验/新标准/技术资料；

6、完成领导交办的其他工作任务。

任职资格：

1、硕士及以上学历，金属材料、高分子等相关专业，国内外知名高校或有海外工作经历者优先；

2、有试验室测试、科研经验者优先，如金属/高分子/复合材料力学性能（静力/疲劳/断裂)、环境腐蚀性能、物理化学性能测试与表征、失效分析等方向；

3、勤奋自勉、认真负责、具有良好的团队合作精神及沟通统筹和应变能力、抗压能力强；

4、尊重和维护公司形象、声誉和利益，对工作相关目标、标准、流程和指示做好认识和履行；

5、熟练操作办公软件，具有良好的文字处理能力。会使用AutoCAD、ORIGIN、MATLAB、ABAQUES等计算机软件优先；

6、熟练的英文听说读写能力，具有良好的科研创新思路、文献阅读能力和综合分析能力。
