工作职责：

＊ 负责建立项目横向协调小组;

＊ 负责制定、实施、维护项目时间进度计划;

＊ 负责制定、实施、维护项目预算计划，保证项目盈利;

＊ 主导产品成本研究，并采取相应措施，保证产品利润目标;

＊ 负责识别，预警，管控，应对项目的进度、产品交付质量、客户抱怨风险;

＊ 在项目实施阶段，负责与外部客户的交流，保证客户良好的关系;

＊ 负责项目组的内部协调、交流，并保证各成员之间联络顺畅，互通有无，并始终知悉项目的 最新进展情况及下一步的目标;

＊ 负责与相关外部供应商的协调、交流，与供应商保持良好的关系;

＊ 负责项目外观认可进展;

＊ 工程&项目区域5S管理;

＊ VA/VE跟踪;

＊ 阶段评审执行;

＊ 项目移交的完整性;

＊ 每月递交财务文件及时率（预算，开发进度，交样数量统计，下月需要付款的计划）;

＊ 负责项目按照相应的质量保证体系来进行,确保APQP完整性;

＊ 负责定期向管理层汇报项目进展情况;

＊ 总结经验教训，并汇总各项目组成员的经验教训;

＊ 主导项目量产后的工程更改实施;

＊ 后期对项目的维护和产品的正常生产提供支持;

任职资格：

教育背景：

◆本科以上，主修汽车工程或相关工程专业 培训经历：

◆N/A 工作经验：

◆3年以上在乘用车内饰件项目管理工作的经验；

技能/知识

精通乘用车内饰件项目管理的方法和流程；

精通项目进度计划，项目预算，项目质量和项目风险跟踪管理。

了解汽车内饰产品设计/制造要求；

了解产品的制造工艺； 英语水平：

◆ 良好的英语听说读写能力 电脑操作水平

◆ 熟练操作Office 办公软件如：Word、 Excel 管理技能

◆ 善于沟通、领导团队 性格/态度：

◆ 具有责任心

◆ 具有团队合作精神

Responsibilities:

- Responsible to set up the cross function team and take the lead.

- Responsible to set up and maintain and execute the program timing plan.

- Responsible to set up and maintain and execute the program budget plan, to keep profit.

- Responsible to lead the product piece cost study, to achieve profit target

- Responsible to recognize, pre-warn, manage, control and cope for risk of program timing, deliverables quality and Customer’s complains.

- Responsible to keep in communication with customer, keep good relationship with customer.

- Responsible for internal coordination, have relevant department keep in touch with each other and keep team member up to date.

- Responsible to keep in communication with outsource, keep good relationship with supplier.

- Responsible to follow up AAR status

- Responsible to manage 5S of engineering and program area

- Responsible to track VA/VE

- Responsible to finish gate review

- Responsible to transfer program to manufacturing smoothly

- Responsible to deliver budget, program timing plan, samples tracking and monthly payment plan to financial department;

- Responsible to keep program going according to the relevant QA procedure, and guarantee Integrity of APQP

- Responsible to give a regular program proceeding report to top management.

- Responsible for the work transfer to the production and set up the program lesson learned.

- Responsible to carry out EWO after SOP.

- Responsible to support manufacturing after SOP.

Qualification:

Education:

◆Bachelor degree or above, major in auto engineering or related is required .

Training background:

◆N/A

Work experience:

◆ At least 3 years’ experience in program management of the interior components design and development;

Skills/knowledge:

Job skill/knowledge

Skill in program Timing/budget/quality/risk following and management.

Knowledge of design/manufacturing process of the components.

English skill

◆ Good command in oral , reading and written English

PC skill

◆ Good in MS office software such as Word ,Excel

Supervision/management skill

◆ S kill in communication and lead the team
