Order Execution & Logistics

• Customer’s main contact window for order, delivery and specific requirement.
• Validate sales order from customer, in terms of model code, quantity, price, delivery date and other terms.
• Work closely with customer service department to ensure order processing on the timely basis. Provide guidance on late cost accrual.
• Coordinate logistics, such as shipping instruction, container requirement, product dimension, specific document required by customs etc.
• Track order status and resolve the ad hoc issues to avoid delay.
• Trace payment and communicate with customers to ensure timely cash collection.

Pricing Support

• Assist in pricing negotiation with supplier, such as competitor benchmarking.
• Maintain standard TP list from supplier and update in ERP system.
• Maintain pricing list to selling entities / joint ventures and update in ERP system.
• Large project pricing support: evaluate special pricing request for large or image project and assist in getting pricing support from supplier.
• Maintain and update special pricing master file.
• Responsible for annual rebate calculation and reconciliation.

Sales & Pricing Analysis

• Consolidate weekly sales data, including sales, margin, pricing, volume etc.
• Evaluate sales performance versus prior year and versus plan, including sales, margin, pricing, volume etc.
• Prepare weekly / monthly sales report and send to leadership team.

Forecasting

• Consolidate key data by country by product and by month, including pipeline, booking, backlog, channel, selling HC etc. Prepare visual charts and provide strategic analysis for management decision.
• Consolidate stocking plan and inventory level of selling entities and highlight potential risks to leadership team.
• Calculate rolling forecast based on submission from selling entities and share with finance department for monthly uploading.
