Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Design and develop a variety of packaging solutions to achieve material integrity for a wide variety of  products from factory to store while adhering to branding objectives and project plan. 
• Develop retail/consumer packages to support new products, existing item packaging, and improve  supply chain viability.  
• Utilize cutting edge technologies and innovative design approaches in structural packaging solutions  for the consumer product market.  
• Develop print supplier database and directions for manufacturing process and partners. 
•  Accountable for Cost, Schedule and Performance of the designs. 
•   Manage documentation of new package designs to ensure high-level  accuracy in what is  communicated.  Perform preliminary package feasibilities to determine proper package size, package  style and impact on Supply  Chain, store Environment and Store Operations teams. 
•  Evaluate structural package designs for cost effectiveness, considering material options,  manufacturability, and durability and effectiveness through the supply chain. 

Job Qualifications – Education and Experience

• College degree or above in Packaging engineering 
• 2~5-yrs experience in consumer packaging development
• Basic knowledge of packaging materials (paper/plastic), packaging structure, packaging testing
•  Excellent/demonstrated CAD design skills，package structure designer is preferred
• Well oral and written English
• Have some understanding of the printing process
•  Can use MS Office software
• Honest, hardworking and meticulous
• Love to learn, have ideas, can analyze
