Job functions:

 

·       

1.    Handle payment vouchers and staff reimbursement verification correctly and in time

  

2.    Arrange cash and bank payment correctly and in time. Ensure cash and bank balance matches to the physical result

  

3.    Complete relevant external / internal reports correctly and in time

  

4.    Execute the internal SOP and relevant rules properly and bring necessary suggestions

  

5.    Complete statistic report based on government requirement

  

6.    Well manage the FA physically

  

7.    Issue invoices correctly and in time

  

8.    Other related works according to the requirement

  

Job Requirements:

 

·        College or Bachelor Degree in accounting

  

·        More than 1 years of experience in finance

  

·        MS Office software (particularly Word, Excel)

  

·        Can use English in reading and writing

  

·        ERP knowledge

  

·        Flexible and adaptive

  

·        Good communication skill
