2．Qualification

  

  任职资格

• Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering. Or outstanding College candidate.大专及以上学历，工科类专业. 条件优秀的可放松至大专学历。
• 8 years working experience on new products introduction or manufacturing process8年以上新品导入或制程导入经验

• Knowledge / experience of lean manufacturing is preferred具备精益生产知识或经验者优先

• Be familiar with problem solving skills and methods解决问题的能力与方法
• Team work spirit团合作精神
• Good English communication skills on both spoken and written良好的英语沟通能力
• Good skills on MS office tools, Pro-E is preferred使用办公软件，会Pro-E者优先

                    

3.  Responsibilities:

  

职责：

• Responsible for feasibility analysis of new products.新品可行性分析
• New product introduction, including engineering data/document verification, process development, tooling/jig development.新产品导入，包括工程数据、文件确认、工艺开发、治具夹具开发等
• Work with Lab to develop testing plan to qualify new products.和实验室一起合作，测试计划以验证新产品
• Prepare work instruction for new products and provide skill training for operator.新品作业指导书，为操作人员提供技能培训
• Continue improve and optimize production process to enhance productivity and reduce scrap rate.改善与优化生产流程，以提高生产效率降低废品率
• Other tasks assigned by manager.
