岗位职责:

-积极与仪表/控制系统维护组合作，为装置仪表和控制系统提供***技术支持。
Actively cooperate with the instrument / control system maintenance team, to provide the best technical support for plant instrument and control systems.
-负责开发公司仪表和控制系统预防性维护的优先等级，确保现场仪表和控制系统完好率和可靠性。
Responsible for developing priority levels for preventative maintenance of the company's instrument and control systems, to ensure the integrity and reliability of field instrument and control systems.
-负责赛科现场仪表和控制系统标准的修订、回顾与技术协议的签订。
Responsible for SECCO field instrument and control system standards revision, review and technical agreement signing.
-负责制订和审核仪控设备的操作规程，确保日常维护工作的规范有效运行。
Responsible for formulating and reviewing the operation rules of instrument and control equipment, to ensure that the norms of routine maintenance work to run effectively.
-在项目中，为项目服务团队提供技术支持，负责仪表各专业方面的技术审核工作，参与单机试车、联动试车、设备投用和竣工验收。
In the project, provide technical support to the project service team, take responsibility for technical audit of various professional aspects of the instrument, and participate in stand-alone test run, linkage test run, equipment commissioning and completion acceptance.
-负责控制系统重要升级、改造项目技术附件的签订，并参与项目实施。
Responsible for the important upgrade of control system, and signing of technical annex for reconstruction project, and participate in the project implementation.
-负责仪表管理系统与工具（AMS、TBM、iEM、RPD、MMS、INTOOLS）的开发和维护。
Responsible for the development and maintenance of instrument management systems and tools (AMS, TBM, iEM, RPD, MMS, INTOOLS).
-负责关键仪表故障的RCFA；审核控制系统重要故障RCFA的质量。
Responsible for RCFA of critical instrument failures; audit the quality of RCFA for important failure of control system.
-负责仪表和控制系统的技术档案管理工作，不断完善INtools数据库数据，确保仪表技术资料的完整和正确。
Responsible for technical file management of instrument and control systems, continuously improve INtools database data, and ensure the technical data of instrument to be complete and correct.
-负责制订仪表和控制系统的合理的安全库存、常规备件计划及采购申请，优化和控制备件库存；
Responsible for developing sound safety stock, routine spare parts plans and purchase requisitions for instrument and control systems, optimizing and controlling spare parts inventory.
-与大修计划团队合作并为制订仪表专业停车大检修计划提供技术支持，组织编制重要仪表技术改进和检修调试方案。
Cooperate with TAR planning team and provide technical support for formulating TAR plan of instrument discipline, and organize preparation of important instrument technical improvement and overhaul debugging plan.
-与仪控其他小组以及生产装置生产技术人员一起处理和解决仪表和控制系统运行中出现问题。
Deal with and solve problems in the operation of instrument and control system with other groups of instrument and control and production technicians of production plants.
-及时完成上级经理分配的其他工作。
Timely complete other tasks assigned by the superior manager.

任职资格:

-本科及以上学历，自动化或过程控制专业。
Bachelor degree or above, major in automation or process control.
-8年以上石油化工行业及本专业工作经验，4年以上技术管理岗位经验。
8+ years of work experience in petrochemical industry and this major, 4+ years of experience in technical management position.
-具有一定的行业标准知识，能参与制定行业标准，并能应用于项目改造。
Have some industry standard knowledge, can participate in the development of industry standards, and can apply them to project transformation.
-深度了解石油化工行业生产、安全和技术要求。
Have a deep understanding of the petrochemical industry's production, safety and technical requirements.
-有丰富的仪表和DCS/SIS/PLC控制系统的应用经验。
Rich experience in application of instrument and DCS/SIS / PLC control system.
-对待工作敬业，尽责，以身作则，能对不同的实际情况及时有效的做出决策。
