1、建立和提高内部实验室管理 Establish and improve the management of internal lab.

2、撰写材料实验室设备的工作标准 Prepare work standards for material lab.

3、根据国际/客户标准，建立材料分析标准 Set up material analysis standards accoring to  international standards and customer standards.

4、对IPQC与I/OQC的质量控制，产品检测和分析进行培训 Provide training and guidance to IPQC and I/O QC on quality control.

5、辅助工程部进行新材料测试和参与新项目的质量先期策划活动 Support Engineering for new material test and involve APQP activity during new project development.

6、撰写维修标准，并保持它执行的测试设备、材料实验室的范围 Make  maintenance standards and maintain  performing scope of the test equipment ,materials laboratory. 

7、其它质量部总监的要求     Other tasks designated by quality director.

任职要求：

1.擅长三坐标编程  be skilled in CMM programming.
2. 可操作其它测量设备，如：轮廓仪、硬度计（HV）、C-S测试仪等  can operate other measuring devices, such as: profile, hardness tester (HV), C-S tester, etc.
3. 具备实验室管理和组织能力，具备ISO/IEC17025标准知识者优先 with the skill of Lab management and organize, the knowledge of ISO / IEC 17025 would be preferred.
4. 良好的团队合作精神和团队协调与沟通能力 good team work spirit and team coordination & communication.
5. 良好的MSA知识和技能 good knowledge and skill of MSA.
