Project Manager Position Description

Responsibility:

1. Push and follow up project planning.

2. Set up project work-flow with progress analysis.

3. Lead team to build and update project planning.

4. Distribute project tasks to team members and make judgement for the internal team.

5. Lead team to set up project target, including cost, timing planning and resource requirement.

6. Manage priority settings, risk and conflict handling within the project.

7. Control Cost for projects.

8. Other tasks arranged by the management.

Requirement:

1. Over 3 years-experience on project management.

2. Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Metal Material, or Heat Treatment Technology is preferred

3. Strong ability of analysis, management and coordination.

4.Have excellent communication and coordination ability and execution ability, be able to manage and train the project team and maintain good both internal and external relationship.

5. Good skill of data presentation.

6. Good English speaking and writing, good at MS Office.

7. Have basic understanding of tooling steel, and related heat treatment.

Expected Salary

10,000RMB to 20,000RMB depending on experience and performance
