Main Responsibility主要职责

- Promote Warema brand and products, develop and operate residential and retail business in East China.

推广望瑞门品牌及产品，开发并运行华东地区住宅及零售业务

- Establish and manager dealer business and system, set dealer cooperation objectives.

建立并管理代理商业务和体系，设定代理商合作目标

- Formulate channel price and standardize the price of each channel for terminal management.

制定渠道价格，规范终端管理各渠道价格

- Visit interior designers, landscapers, architects.

拜访室内设计师，庭院设计师，建筑设计师

- Blank area, third and fourth tier city development, formulation of product strategy, product

segmentation market, optimization of urban management strategy.

发展空白区及三四线城市，产品战略制定、产品细分市场、城市经营战略优化

- Make integrated service plan, sell products, sell services and operate customers.

制定综合服务方案，销售产品，销售服务，运营客户

- Supervise the contract executing, track and push the receivable payments.

管理合同执行情况，跟踪和推动应收账款收回

- Provide support to the dealers to achieve sales.

向代理商给予支持以达成销售

- Report to the leader actively, ensure the communication keeps duly, efficient and transparent.

向上级积极汇报工作，确保沟通及时，高效，透明

  

Position Requirement 职位要求

- Bachelor degree , major in marketing or engineering.

本科学历，市场营销或工程专业

- About 10 years’ sales experiences within building material industry or sun shading industry, familiar with retail and residential business.

10年左右建材行业或遮阳行业销售经验，熟悉零售及住宅业务。

- Good oral and written English.

良好的书面和口头英语

- Can work under pressure, willing to travel frequently.

抗压性强，愿意经常出差

- Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.

出色的人际交往能力和团队精神

- Proactive, aggressive, responsible, with good communication skills.

积极主动，有进取心，责任心，具有良好的沟通能力
