职位描述
1、接受客户指令，安排货物出库，提货、发货任务；
2、负责客户的信息查询、反馈、维护、追踪等工作；
3、货物签收确认，催收回单并送交客户；
4、系统录入（跟踪信息维护，运单审核，异常、附加费监督数据录入）；
5、提供异常跟进表给供应商管理部作为供应商KPI考核依据；
6、系统其他岗位或部门处理相关事务；
7、负责仓库库存报表的查询反馈。
任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，有快递物流行业工作经验者优先；
2、熟练操作office系列办公软件，服务意识墙，能承受较大的工作压力；
3、理解能力强，能适应快节奏工作；
4、有责任心，有服务意识，亲和力强，有耐心；
5、良好的沟通和协调能力及一定的书面英语能力。
