The Appliance Solutions (AS) organization is changing the backup and recovery game for customers—built on industry-leading backup software, our appliances address the technical complexities of modern data protection and optimized secondary storage for companies of all sizes.

Our challenge is solving customers’ information management needs while also lowering the cost of ownership through an integrated solution that is easy to use. Our solutions will expose you to industry trends like data growth, virtualization, containerization, and telemetry analytics.

Responsibilities工作职责

 

• Participating in Agile development activities including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives and demos

  参与敏捷开发活动，包括sprint计划、站立会议、回顾和演示

• Responsible for implementing, testing, and maintaining of software modules with a high-quality standard

  负责实施、测试和维护具有高质量标准的软件模块

• To increase the code coverage rate of unit tests and automation tests

  提高单元测试和自动化测试的代码覆盖率

• Participating in peer reviews

  参与代码评审

• Communicate and collaborate among global teams’ environment

  在分布式的全球团队环境中沟通合作

   

 Qualifications任职要求

 

• Solid computer knowledges like OS, Network, Data Structure, etc.

  扎实的计算机基础知识，比如操作系统，网络原理，数据结构等

• Proficient in using any one of programming languages

  精通任意一种编程语言

• Experience with primary knowledge of the required programming languages like

  Python, Golang, Java and Perl.

  具备所需编程语言的主要知识,比如Python，Golang，Java和Perl

• Knowledge of Linux platforms

  具备Linux平台知识

• Good software engineering skills are a must, as you’ll be working with some of the best in the industry

  必须有良好的软件开发技能，因为你将与业内一些顶尖的人才合作

• Good debugging/problem-solving skills sense

  良好的调试/解决问题的能力和意识

• A fast learner and self-starter with intellectual horsepower

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in both Chinese and English

• Excellent working in a collaborative team environment

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and can-do attitude during work

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required

  必须拥有计算机科学学位（硕士优先）或同等教育经历

• Can work in fast-paced and challenging environment能够在快节奏和富有挑战性的环境中工作

• Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and Storage is a plus

• Knowledge of design pattern is a plus
