 §  Control and schedule all Housekeeping personnel duty roster including vacation planning.

 §  Inspect all Public Areas daily-noting areas where attention is requires. 

 §  Arrange the floor staff every morning according to the actual occupancy. 

 §  Patrol all Housekeeping areas and make sure everything is clean and tidy 

 §  Make corrective actin on employees on the job conduct 

 §  Take corrective steps if cleaning standards are not being maintained 

 §  Coordinate with the front desk, the blocking of guestrooms for special and/or general cleaning purpose and ensure rooms are returned to operation.

 §  Coordinate with the engineering department all the emergency/late-cover orders that are not finished. 

 §  Look into the training programs as far as weekly and monthly training plans and review with all assist housekeepers before implementation, with the approval of the Executive Housekeeper.
