1、Book bank income both in share folder and ERP(SAP) on time

2、Perform customer’ advance payment for order and goods delivery control

3、Release orders in ERP(SAP) in ling with customers’ credit limit

4、Make AR clearance in 2 days after collection with 100% accurately

5、Make phone call or email to customers to get payment schedule timely

6、Prepare AR aging report、AR provision report、cash forecast report monthly with high accuracy.

7、Attend to AR meeting monthly, support credit control manager on drawing action plan and executing

8、Monitor AR relating account, both AR and Advance payment, avoiding long aging AR or ADV occurring

9、Collect credit term letter in time if needed

10、Review distributors’ operation situation base on finance statement to give suggestion to management team

11、Raise red flag on unhealthy accounts to sales team and management in time with suggestion

12、Offer reasonable proposal on credit process

13、Executive credit policy strictly

14、Other ad hoc tasks assigned by line manager

15、Brain storm on non-standard ERP(SAP) model and making efficiency improvement
