Responsbilities:

1，Perform timely order processing activities in ERP/Kingdee;

2, Trace logistics to ensure OTD to customers by coordinating with inside sales & production team/weekly delivery meeting;

3, Handle with warranty/return/exchange cases and shipment arrangement;

4, Provide demand planning by rolling sales forecast by cooperating with planning team;

5, Maintain statistical inventory (both robots & spare parts) and make optimal stock allocation for key customers especially with potential urgent demand;

6, Coordinate the internal use of robots and update the status accordingly; Work with finance department on monthly/annual check;

7, Prepare analysis & reports regarding business development and order status;

8, Improve order processing execution and efficiency to achieve operational excellence;

9, Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

1, Bachelor’s degree or above.

2, At least 3 years working experience in order processing in related industrial fields.

3, Excellent communication skills.

4, Knowledge of SAP/Kingdee is a plus.

5, Must be Self-motivated, detail-minded, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
