Job Purpose and Key Responsibilities 岗位的目的和主要岗位职责:

Job Purpose 岗位目的:

Responsible for the management of materials from receipt to warehousing, distribution, maintenance, and control .To support product manufacturing and inventory control. The position is required to comply with cGMP operation of materials handling and housing.

负责物料接收、存放至分发的控制和管理，支持产品的生产和库存控制。该职位要求物料处理和仓库操作符合cGMP要求。

Key Responsibilities主要岗位职责:

• Responsibilities for raw materials/excipient/packing material/trial materials/finished goods incoming /dispensing and managing
• 负责原辅料、包装材料、试制材料、成品的收发存
• Responsibilities for confirm
• 负责收货的确认
• To ensure all of goods are required areas and condition.
• 确保所负责物料存放在指定的区域和储存条件下
• All the record should be actual and accurate, and stock must match with the data in inventory report
• 所有记录真实/准确,库存物品和报表里的数据一致
• Ensure the warehouse and material is clean and in order.
• 保持仓库和存储的物料整洁/干净(5S).
• Manage operation compliance with the requirement of GMP and SOP.
• 严格按照GMP/SOP的要求管理仓库的物品
• All of stock store in warehouse keep at secure and available.
• 确保在仓库存储的物品安全/可用
• Represent material and warehouse function in client and regulatory inspections

在客户和监管检查中代表物料和仓库部门

Accountability 责任:

primary deliverables of role; it's scope; impact on strategy, policy, business or people relationships

Warehouse management relative knowledge 仓库管理的相关知识

Have working experience on warehouse function at least 2-3 years 2-3年仓库管理的经验

Good communication skill and follow-up 具有良好的沟通技巧。

Basic of English and computer skill基本的英语和计算机能力。
