对总经理负责

Scope:  Quality control managers are in charge of making sure their employer's products meet acceptable quality standards. In their day-to-day tasks, these managers perform aspects of several jobs, including some of the work done by business administrators and human resource managers. Quality control managers make certain that production and manufacturing lines perform efficiently, coordinate employee efforts, and facilitate communications between management and production departments. They also devise ways of improving the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality goods.

 职责范围：品质经理负责确保产品符合质量标准。在日常工作任务中，品质经理需要承担多项工作，包括一些业务管理及人事事务。品质经理需保障生产线的有效运行，调动员工的积极性，促进管理层与生产部之间的交流，设法优化生产流程，来提高产品质量。

与项目经理、生产经理、采购经理、技术经理以及项目工程师保持密切工作联系。

Job description and responsibility

岗位职责描述

1)  collect from the Project Managers the check-list (based on customer requirements) and devise and establish a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications. 从项目经理处获取检查清单（基于客户要求），制定完善公司质检流程、标准及细则。

2)  collect from the Project Managers the material master samples to use to cross check the quality of the products. 从项目经理处收集材料样板，用以产品的交叉检验。

3)  review customer requirements and make sure they are met. 审查客户要求，确保其得到正确实现。

4)  work with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers. 协同采购员，制定来料的质检要求。

5)  make sure that manufacturing or production processes meet international and national standards. 确保制造和生产流程符合国内及国际标准。

6)   Set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures; inspect the working procedures during the production, and make relevant records.  制定品质管理及文档管理流程，检查制程中的各个工序，并做好相关记录。

7)  inspect the raw material, semi-finished products and finished products according to relevant inspection system. 根据相关检验体系，对原材料、半成品和成品进行检验。

8)  final QC on finished products together with the PM in charge. 与负责该项目的项目经理对成品进行最后的品质检验。

9)  in charge of the product quality statistics, providing the opportunities for corrective actions and preventive measures. 负责产品的质量统计，提供纠正及预防措施。

10) report to PM and OM the quality issues occurred in order to investigate the causes without delay. 对于品质问题，应向项目经理及营运经理汇报，以便及时调查原因。

11) make suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them;提出改进建议并不断完善。

12) ensure that every department and team manager is aware and complying with the company values and handbook 确保各部门及部门主管知晓并遵循公司质量价值观和指导手册。

13) ensure that every department is complying with the ISO regulation and procedures, check the ISO forms and make sure every employee is filling the required forms and documents. 确保各部门遵循ISO规定及流程，检查ISO表格，确保每个员工按要求填写ISO体系要求的表格和文件。

14) collect and archive all the ISO forms related to completed projects and archive them. 针对已完成项目，收集并归档所有ISO相关表格。

15) ensure that every department is complying with the company minimum requirements here attached which represent a very useful organization guidelines. 确保各部门遵守公司基本要求和管理方针。

16) complete other works assigned by the leaders. 完成领导交代的其他工作。

Qualification

任职要求

1) High school degree or above. 高中以上学历。

2) 2 years quality control and inspection experience 两年品质管理检验工作经验

3) ability to record and organize all necessary documentation to memorialize the implementation, maintenance and effectiveness of the Quality Control Program 能够记录整理所有必要的文档，确保质量控制程序得到有效实行和维护。

4) ability to speak clearly and exercise good judgment 语言表达清晰，思维判断准确

5)  ability to work under pressure. 能够承受一定工作压力。
