• Lead and develop long-term and unified solution/tools for maintenance product sales collection, product forecasting and analysis that are used throughout the company to more quickly respond to changing market needs or trends.   
• Define/ update business procedures, evaluate resource requirements and stimulate implementation or maintenance of maintenance products sales data system.  
• Develop appropriate database of competitors’ market perception as a strategic input to improve product rolling forecast
• Lead AOP process by working with stakeholders
• Support with China Commercial/Channel strategy, e.g. VSS project, Account Management and so forth
• Prepare different report/business deck per the requirement.
• To update product sales results for quarterly and annually product incentive calculation
• To update sales flash report and conduct business analysis by region by product line within the fixed time based on business requirement
• Support directly manager on other maintenance products sales operation initiatives/projects

? Bachelor’s degree and above

? Min 7 years of working experience, preferred in Chemical engineering background

? Proficiency in Power BI and Chemical product is plus

? Strong potential and learning agility

? Analytical and strategic with good EQ to interface with teams

? Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin

? Proactive and positive working attitude

? Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
