The Lab Reliability Engineer will be based in Shanghai Zhangjiang Design Center.

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• Operate reliability chamber and related instruments in reliability Laboratory.
• Assist hardware engineer to complete reliability test setup, BOM sorting, PCB welding, prototype debugging etc.;
• Testing of repairing product, documenting findings and validating the product meets the performance requirements.
• Manage general lab supplies and application testing supplies inventory. Maintain accuracy of inventory stored in areas of responsibility.
• Execute tasks essential for laboratory maintenance, operation, and quality assurance. Safeguard equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.
• Manage Site warehouse inventory.
• Other duties as assigned.

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

• 3+ years of Reliability lab experience in hardware testing environment.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks to meet goals and ensure product quality.
• Lab skills for soldering/instrumenting systems for test or debug.
• Experience working with Hardware engineers setting up test benches.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Shown computer skills, able to run diagnostic software and test scripts.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are an asset.
