3、协助研发总监对研发部技术体系进行维护；

4、跟进和协助研发总监日常共工作的落实和开展；

5、协助研发部与公司其它部门的沟通；

6、完成研发总监安排的其它任务。

任职资格：

 1、本科及以上学历，工作经验不限；

2、高分子、材料、化学、环境工程、医学或相关理工科专业；

3、良好的口头和书面表达能力、沟通能力、组织能力和逻辑思维能力；

4、具有一定的文字编写能力；

5、耐心、细致，工作认真、积极；

6、CET4及以上，CET6或英语口语较好优先。
