1、要认真审查各种报销或支出的原始凭证，对违反国家规定或有误差的，要拒绝办理报销手续；
2、要根据原始凭证，记好现金和银行帐。书写整洁、数字准确、日清月结；
3、负责到银行办理经费领取手续，支付和结算工作；
4、加强安全防范意识和安全防范措施，严格执行安全制度，认真管好现金、各种印章、空白支票、空白收据及其他证卷；
5、及时与银行对帐，作好银行对帐调节表。

职位要求：

1、财务或会计等专业本科在读；

2、英文良好，能熟练用英文进行邮件沟通及财务事宜描述；

3、有较强的Excel报表及办公软件操作能力；

4、良好的沟通、协调能力和团队协作精神，能承受较大工作压力。
