Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for team management and ensure timeliness and quality

·         Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of technical documentations

·         Responsible for communication and cooperation with other departments

·         To learn new technologies and provide more creative solutions

·         To share best development practices, processes, and tools for the team

·         Following up post-project review and having own opinions as to the development of IT team, experience in project management, will be a plus

·         Have strong project overall situation, be able to system technical architecture, project management and business, technical team to provide the follow-up development strategy

·         Have a certain project team management experience, and contribute to the technical team of the echelon construction, personnel training, support, evaluate and motivate the team to improve the technical level

Requirements:

·         Proficient in PHP; over 10-year experience of website research and development, over 5-year experience of PHP Framework (such as Laravel, Symfony, CakePHP，Yaf, Swoole);

·         2+ years experiences related to system architect design, system analysis, software develop, performance optimization, system security, etc.

·         Skilled in operating Linux and Mysql, able to design database and optimize SQL. Familiar with AWS is a plus.

·         Skilled in HTML, DIV+CSS, JavaScript, AJAX and JQuery

·         Rich project management, product R&D experience, able to lead a team with 5-10 staffs, and able to manage project and solve problems independently and proactively

·         Good at communicating and cooperating between different departments

·         English: both good at speaking and writing; capable of communicating with foreign colleagues

·         Internet Industry is a must, e-commerce company background is a plus

岗位职责

• 负责开发团队的直接管理，按时按质完成工作进度；检查并督促源码及技术文档的编写和维护
• 不断地专研新技术，为产品的进化提供创新的解决方案；为团队积累和分享***开发实践、流程和工具
• 在项目开发过程中，负责与其它部门之间的沟通合作
• 具备较强的项目全局性，能够对系统技术架构、项目管理和业务、技术团队的后续发展提供策略
• 具备一定的项目团队管理经验，并有助于技术团队的梯队化建设、人员培
• 评估和激励，提升团队的技术水平

岗位需求

• 精通PHP语言，具有10年以上Web开发工作经历，5年以上流行PHP框架(如Laravel, Symfony, CakePHP，Yaf, Swoole)经验；
• 熟悉网站系统的架构设计、系统分析、软件实现、性能优化、系统安全等，在这些方面有两年以上的相关工作经验。
• 熟悉Linux、Mysql使用；具备数据库设计能力，能对SQL进行调优。熟悉AWS尤佳。
• 熟悉HTML，DIV+CSS，JavaScript，AJAX和JQuery框架等前台技术
• 拥有丰富的项目管理、产品研发及项目团队管理经验，能够管理5-10人规模的团队，并独立管理项目和解决问题。
• 具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，以及跨团队的协作能力
• 良好的英语听说读写能力，并能熟练使用英语进行工作交流和沟通协作
• 互联网行业背景，电商行业经历尤佳。
