Key responsibilities
Consult and liaise with stakeholders to gather and confirm Salesforce requirements for the business.
Analyse and consolidate information to develop solutions to ensure business requirements are achieved.
Oversee all system maintenance and configuration, including user set up, roles, profiles, groups, queues, security and permissions, workflows and validation rules, custom objects and fields.
Provide expert support to key stakeholders in identifying Salesforce solutions and managing system and process changes
Produce functional, technical and system design documentation.
Conduct feasibility studies of applications and system solutions.
Facilitate testing of new Salesforce functionality roll-outs.
Implement change initiatives to improve the user experience and increase productivity.
Develop cost analysis, design considerations, and implementation time-lines.
Needed skills
Minimum of 3 years business analyst experience
Highly organized, detail oriented, and ability to work independently
Excellent verbal/written communication skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with business and technical teams
Strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders, at all levels across the business
Experience with Pharma or SFA are better to have

6. 负责客户需求调研及需求反馈的分析；
  配合测试人员编写测试计划、测试用例、测试报告的编写、问题缺陷的发现及跟踪、产品用户手册编写等
