Duties and Responsibilities

· Provide production / maintenance support & system training.

· Provide guidance to local supporting staff through different phases of system testing & improvement

· Generate overall group business analysis & reports to CHO Corporate Solutions management.

· Train & support local supporting team to develop their skills

· Obtain expertise and new knowledge in functional areas and share with relevant members

Qualifications

Education	·University / College graduate, major in IT
Relevant Experience	·More than 3 years related working ·experiencePrevious experience in insurance or IT company preferred
Skills/Language	·Excellent teamwork, customer-oriented and good communications skills ·Sound problem solving skill ·Fluent in written and spoken English
Competencies	·Accountability for results, Customer focus Personality;
Personality	·Highly responsible, open minded, integrity, able to work under pressure.
