Responsibilities 职责:

1. Be responsible for performing facility, utility, equipment (including instrument) qualification either independently or corporate with external personnel.负责独立或在有外部人员协作的情况下开展设施、公用工程、设备（包含仪器）的确认活动。
2. Be responsible for drafting qualification protocol and report for non-customized standalone units.负责起草非定制设备的确认方案和报告。
3. Be responsible for managing in house validation instrument (including maintenance, calibration).负责管理自有验证仪器（包括保养和校准）。
4. Be responsible for draft monthly validation forecast (report) per validation plan in place and actual execution result.负责根据已批准的验证计划和执行结果起草月度验证预告（报告）。
5. Support in pushing forward the implementation of a validation documentation life cycle, ensure deliverables are complied with related procedures.负责推动验证文件的生命周期的实施，确保交付物与相关规程的符合性。
6. Support in maintaining on-site labels related to qualification to an up-date-manner.负责维护现场与设备确认相关的标示标记，确保其处于最新状态。
7. Support in initiation of SOP, management document related to job responsibilities.负责起草与工作职能相关的SOP、管理文件。
8. Support in maintaining site validation master plan, and individual validation plan.为维护工厂验证主计划以及独立的验证分计划提供支持。
9. Support internal/external audit and GMP inspection。支持内部/外部审计和GMP检查。
10. Support in managing external resources.支持外部资源的管理。
11. Aid in the design and implementation of quality systems to support change management, deviation investigation, CAPA and other validation activities.为质量体系的设计和执行提供支持，包括变更管理、偏差调查、CAPA和其他验证活动。
12. Perform other duties delegated by immediate supervisor.其他由上级指定的工作任务。
13. Cooperation with other team member regarding qualification/validation activities.与其它团队成员合作完成确认/验证活动。

Qualification 资格:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in biotech, pharmaceutical or relevant.本科以上学历，生物技术、医药等相关专业。
2. Experience with validation management in pharmaceutical, bio-pharm industry at least 6 years.在制药、生物制药行业中至少5年的验证管理工作经验。
3. QA background is preferred; Quality related consultancy background is preferred.有质量保证部门工作背景者优先；质量相关咨询服务背景者优先。
4. Practical experience in computer system validation is a must.必须具有计算机化系统验证的实践经验。
5. Willing to work on a multi-site level by short term business trip (Shanghai WGQ, and Suzhou)。乐于通过短期差旅的方式跨工厂工作（上海外高桥和苏州）。
6. Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Power point and Project.熟练使用MS Word, Excel, Power point和Project办公软件。
7. Knowledge of GMP and relevant regulatory requirements.掌握GMP和其他相关法规的知识。
8. Complete understanding of quality system, practical know-how in building the framework.对质量体系有完整的理解，对构建体系框架有实际经验。
9. Excellent written English.良好的书面英语能力。
