Responsibilities ：

1.     Be responsible for one forging production line: guarantee the safe production; continual improvement, improve efficiency, reduce scrap, improve tool’s lifetime

负责管理一条锻造生产线：保证安全生产；持续改进，提升效率，减少报废，提高模具的使用寿命。

2.     Solve Q-problems with 8D reports. SPC activities with machine operator

解决质量问题, 完成8D报告。指导操作人员开展SPC控制。

3.     Project (new product and new process) management

负责新产品和新工艺的试验

4.     Staff training and monitoring

员工培训和工作检查

5.     Help operators in difficult tasks (e.g. tool change and machine set-up)

指导操作人员一起完成关键工作(比如更换模具, 调整设备参数等).

6.     Know and master environmental factors, important environmental factors, environmental risks, environmental objectives management plan, environmental protection contingency plans and so on.

熟悉并掌握本岗位的环境因素、重要环境因素、环境风险、环境目标方案、环保应急预案等

 

Requirements:

1.     Bachelor degree and above in mechanical engineering, forging or metal

机械制造、锻造或金属加工专业的本科及以上

2.     At least 5-year work experience in forging industry (cold, warm and hot forging).

至少5年以上的金属锻造（冷锻、温锻和热锻）工作经验.

3.     Knowledge of the failure principle & corresponding measures about forging die

有关于锻造模具失效原理以及对应的措施的知识

4.     Knowledge of forging machine operation

锻造设备操作技能

5.     CET-4 at least, fluent English in speaking, reading and writing, German is a plus.

CET-4以上, 熟练的英语口语, 阅读和书写能力，会德语优先考虑

6.     Understand the quality management system of IATF16949

理解IATF16949质量管理体系。

7.     Extensive knowledge in lean production

具备精益生产理念。

8.     Understand the environmental protection knowledge in ISO14001: Environmental Management System; master the environmental knowledge in this position.
