职位描述
-Participate in development of global-AP-AP OU/OSU/GC CCG driven purchasing policy and process.
-Manage critical supplier performance in AP region, consolidate supplier base in AP and local GC level, develop SGP suppliers, achieve yearly cost target.
-Elaborate benchmark analysis for Elevator in cluster purchasing strategies.
-Manage supplier risk including supplier finance risk, operation risk, insurance risk,safety risks.
-Evaluate and manage critical suppliers’ performance, on-time deliveries and adherence to quality specifications.
-Unify and implementation of the purchasing procedure, frame contract conditions, price calculation model among the MCs.
-Tracking down all the projects and saving target on monthly base, identify the reason and drive the improvement actions if in case of gaps.
-Achieve year over year cost down target set up by AP PSM management.
职位要求:
-Bachelor or above degree with preferring in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
-5~10 years of experience in regional or global Supply Chain/Supplier Management in elevator industry.
-Broad understanding on relevant manufacturing processes.
-Ability to do SWOT analyze and develop competitive operational approaches through the competitive supply chain market environments.
-Strong analytical, interpersonal, negotiation, and management skills, with ability to facilitate multi-disciplinary teams and interface with senior management.
-Understand and fit into the cross functional environments with cultural differences.
-Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal/presentation/change management skills.
-Strong project management and data analytical skills.
-Process driven and with a systematic approach to drive process improvement.
