职位描述
Strategic & Planning
- Streamline and improve administrative processes and formulate IT service operation policies and best practices.
- Plan for future expansion requirements and provide appropriate input into the budgeting process
IT Operation Management
Supporting the remote team on any escalation from end users with the company standard corrective action process. Ensure all critical issues not resolved are escalated to right channel when required.
Take ownership with support and resolve issues according to SLA requirement. Ensure requesters on all support jobs are kept up to date on progress.
Ensure strict enforcement of Company’s system security policy.
Ensure routine audits of systems and software.
Ensures IT related licenses are acquired and renewed on time.
Setup, configure, administer and maintain all software, desktops, laptops and peripherals within the company.
Working with team to ensure IT Infra documentation including inventory of hardware, software, maintenance and warranty renewals are up to date.
Liaising with vendors on hardware procurement or replacement.
Risk Management
Ensure that the Company conforms to licensing requirements for all software used within the company.
Monitor to ensure IT assets; data and information are secured, protected and auditable.
Remote Team
Coach and support remote services operations team in order to maximise customer satisfaction and team performance.
Project Management
Actively manage agile service operations project progress against quality, standards, budgets and challenging actions, results and activities.
Ensure compliance with established guidelines for accurate and timely project delivery milestones.
Budget Planning & Control
Help manage and forecast IT Infrastructure budgets.
Participate in the annual budget planning.
Monitor and control IT spendings are kept within budget.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or Computer studies.
- Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST).
- A+ certified.
- 6+ years of experience in end-users, hardware and software support.
- 4+ years of experience in Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, MS Outlook support.
- 2+ years of experience in mainstream mobile technologies (Android, iOS, etc.) support.
- Communicate effectively with English and Mandarin.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge in Server systems including Office 365, Vmware, Citrix, Symantec Backup Exec will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of routers, firewalls and layer 3 switches will be an added advantage.
Professional Skills
- Able to develop and maintain good working relationship with all levels of users and vendors.
- A team player who is self-motivated and possesses good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Resourceful and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
