Role Accountabilities 

a. Study and set up tariff in line with market both ocean/land

b. Tariff sheet/schedule and forwarder service promotion

c. Outside sales including inside sales daily work, telephone and email quotation

d. Customers follow up including FOB

e. Cfm spaces and release SO to customer

f. Cost control/ invoicing

g. Sales report, market analyses & business development

 

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-year college diploma, or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in Sales/Customer Service experience in shipping line or FF/Logistics company

Technical Skills

• Good verbal and written English skill
• Proficiency in computer skill especially office application

Professional Skills

• Excellent communication skill
• Teamwork Spirit
• Ability to learn and implement new concepts and procedures quickly and efficiently
• Responsible and dedicated
• Good working attitude
