• To perform professional accounting work involving cashier function and GL processing to achieve all financial commitments that is in accordance with company and statutory requirements to safeguard the financial company’s reputation.Accounting and reporting
• Issue VAT invoices  in timely and accurate manner
• Match receipts to AR and notify the customer service department
• Perform daily cash/bank reconciliation and process cash journals in Kingdee cash book; End of month cash and bank ledger closing
• Payment process including:
• 1) Validation check on payment supporting documents (i.e. various vendor payment, staff reimbursement, T&E expenses etc.)
• 2) Prepare on-line banking or relevant bank forms for payments and freight/costs receipt  and obtained relevant authorized signature; proceed with payment at bank
• Assist accountant in GL journal entering as required
• Compile monthly cash report and submit to SSA HK
• Submit foreign business declaration reports to SAFE system
• Safeguard of bank documents, i.e. bank signatory cards, bank cheques and online banking tokens
• Administrative
• Handle supplies of office equipment and stationary ordering
• Other ad hoc duties
