JOB TITLE / 职务名称: Purchasing Supervisor

BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB / 设立该职务的基本目的

- Provide good service to P&C and other entities with all concerned products and service;

- Assist Purchasing Manager on the sourcing & strategy & performance management of Asian suppliers;

- Assist Purchasing Manager on the price control & to develop and implement detailed cost saving action plan;

- Set up all documentation backup system including all contracts, supplier files, tracking report, etc.;

- Coordinate efficiently with concerned departments;

- Strengthen the communication with central indirect purchasing team;

- Train & develop subordinators and build a solid / effective / efficient Indirect purchasing team.

KEY COMPETENCIES FOR THE POSITION/该职务所需的主要资质

- 3 to 5 years of sourcing function in related areas;

- Strong inter-personal skills;

- Good negotiation skills as well as all other sourcing professional skills;

- Experience and knowledge on planning, procurement, logistics, stock evaluation, Engineering background is a plus;

- Good communication skill and efficient teamwork playing is essential;

- Dedicated, rigorous, tenacious, honest, open-minded, proactive;

- Fluent in English in oral and writing;

- The ability to work under pressure.

DETAIL RESPONSABILITIES / 主要职责

- To source, maintain, evaluate concerned Asian suppliers in all indirect

categories;

- Reduce supplier numbers and set up purchasing strategy;

- To work with cross functional team members to drive project implementation

from the brief till delivery;

- To assure the price stability & achieve cost saving action plans;

- To coordinate with relative teams in plants of PD & SJDB(France);

- To assure accuracy of all administrational jobs, like PO creation, contract

checking, database creation and maintenance….

- To optimization purchasing process continuously;

- To train subordinators & assure the category performance.
