Now we are looking for a China Marketing Team Leader who can lead our China Marketing Department.

  

  

Day to day responsibilities

  

  

• 组织管理新媒体渠道（微信和微博）的内容发布、提升品牌调性、引流、维护粉丝关系；

  

Arrange content release on new media channels, such as WeChat and Weibo, enhance brand tonality, attract traffic, and maintain good relations with followers;

  

• 负责电商平台的日常运营、活动策划、制定推广计划，熟悉天猫直通车、钻展；

  

Responsible for daily operation, rolling out campaign plans, and making marketing strategies. Have a

  

good command of SEO and CPC ads;

  

• 对销售数据库进行统计分析，并执行会议；

  

Analyze sales data, and conduct sales meetings;

  

• 实时更新产品的库存、价格、促销等信息，确保店铺在平台上的活跃度和竞争性；

  

Update product inventory, price and promotion in order to ensure the vitality and competitiveness of our marketplaces;

  

• 有效协调仓库、客服、物流，提升店铺DSR评分

  

Effectively coordinate warehouse, customer service and logistics, and increase DSR;

  

• 参与自有品牌的创建、推广、营销、活动策划及线下渠道推广活动;

  

Participate in the creation, promotion, marketing, and event planning and offline promotion of house brands;

  

• 完成其他需要做的工作；

  

Complete other tasks if needed.

  

  

  

The candidate will have the following capabilities:

  

  

• Major in English, Merchandising or E-Commerce is preferred

  

英语、市场营销、电子商务等专业优先;

  

• Over 1 year work experience in E-Commerce industry;

  

一年及以上电商工作经验；

  

• Good understanding of new media and Taobao operation;

  

具备良好的新媒体运营和淘宝运营概念；

  

• Detail-oriented, patient and the ability to work under pressure

  

工作细致耐心，具备在压力下工作的能力

  

• Positive attitude and a team player

  

积极的态度及团队合作精神

  

• Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
