?Manage OMS system vendors, ensure the OMS system runs stably, identify and analyze the system issue (including EDI binding), track and coordinate with system vendors to fix the issues

? Coordinate with Fulljet TP team, provide daily technical support and advice for daily system operation

OMS oriented system maintenance

1) Understand the OMS system functionality and system flow including EDI binding flow (Tmall/JD - OMS – WMS - ERP)

2) Keep good technical documentation for system functionality, system flow, EDI binding, api interface

3) Provide technical support to TP team on daily system operation, trouble shoot and ensure the system stability

4) Manage system vendors to fix system issues by identifying the issues, raising to vendors, looking into the error log, analysing and tracking the fixing status

5) Coordinating with different parties (operational team, system vendors, warehouse, customer, etc) to solve system issues

6) Raising improvement suggestions to system vendors and follow up

任职要求：

Skills:

1) OMS oriented system maintenance skills

a) Good at understanding the system logic system flow

b) Good communication including understanding requirements and coordinate communication among different parties

c) Capable of log analyzing

d) Able to maintain and update documentation

2) Language skill

a) Able to read and write in English

b) Talking in English would be a plus

Requirements:

1) 2 years working experience in IT projects

2) IT related bachelor’s degree
