Major Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for solving blocked issues among the clients, commercial team and suppliers.

2. Forecast the shipment risk, delays and problems, anticipate and update the client with effective solution with comments.

3. Communicate and establish relationship with international clients like France/Spain/Italy/Belgium/Brazil and other countries.

4. Coordinate quality / shipping issue with QA / logistic team.

5. Payment tracking on L/C discrepancies and T/T.

Qualification Requirements

1. Minimum College majored in Supply Chain, International Trade, International Logistics is preferred.

2. Good communication skills, can work under the pressure, positive attitude, independent and initiative.

3. Fluent in oral & written English.

4. Basic knowledge with MS Excel applications.
